Kellie Kaminski-Johnson brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership,  strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational development experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer of  Sheep Inc. Health Care Center.  Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to strengthening mission-driven organizations, building meaningful community partnerships,  and creating sustainable opportunities for organizations to better serve those who depend on them. 

Before joining Sheep Inc., Kellie held leadership positions with several prominent regional and national nonprofit organizations, including the  National Ovarian Cancer Coalition,  Pathways of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Northland Public Library,  and the ALS Association. Her experience spans healthcare advocacy, human services, community engagement, and nonprofit administration. She has led complex organizations, developed innovative programs, cultivated philanthropic partnerships, and guided teams through periods of growth and organizational change. 

Kellie’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that strong organizations begin with empowered people, shared purpose, and a genuine commitment to service. She is passionate about fostering collaborative environments where staff, volunteers, community partners, and organizational leaders work together to turn a shared vision into meaningful impact for those who need it most. 

As CEO of Sheep Inc., Kellie is focused  on strengthening organizational sustainability, expanding community partnerships, and supporting the dedicated staff and volunteer medical professionals who make compassionate healthcare accessible to uninsured individuals and families. She is especially committed to ensuring that the organization’s mission remains at the  heart of every decision while positioning  Sheep Inc. for continued growth and service to the community. 

Kellie earned her Master of Science in  Public Policy and Management from  Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz  School and her Bachelor of Arts in  Political Science from Washington &  Jefferson College, graduating magna cum laude and earning membership in  Phi Beta Kappa.  She is a Fulton and Gow  Fellow and spent time interning in the  U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. 

Kellie is the proud mom to two amazing neurodiverse children, Parker (14) and  Gavin (17), and one very energetic puppy named Scout.  She resides in Ross Township, PA, with her husband Joe and enjoys personal training, watching her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and  Alabama Crimson Tide football teams, and true crime documentaries in her free time.
