2024 Wishlist Book Recipient

We are thrilled to announce

that we have been selected for inclusion

in the Pittsburgh Foundation/The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County’s

2024 Wishlist Book.

Their communication team is working hard

to ensure the book will hit mailboxes in time for Thanksgiving.

That is when the grant-making period will open.

We are requesting funds

to purchase an A1c machine

for our second location in Monroeville.

We look forward to providing on-point lab services

for our patients with diabetes and even working in prevention.

Praying funders will want to give toward this goal

of healthy outcomes for our chronically ill patients.
